CYKLON PROAL TEAM members are Artur and Maciej Gilewski, both participating in rallies and bike races.
Rallying fairly quickly became passion of the two brothers. In 2007 Gilewski brothers co-organized KJS Rally Kudowa, which was entered into the national classification of the Automobile Polish Cup and Clubs (PPIK). This has started a vivid activity for the rallies within Kudowa. The fascination with cars was then connected with the older brother’s work – since 1996 Artur have been running PROAL company dedicated to the service of automobile wheels.
25th Karkonoski Rally (Rally Polish Cup) is the first rally, in which Artur has attended as the driver. Świdnicki Rally – KRAUSE (RPP), was the first joint competition of Gilewski brothers. After that they also took part in the Polish Championship in 2011 and 2012.
Their adventure with bicycles started in 2012. Gilewski brothers continued their cycling struggles over the years, including taking part in 2014 Sudety MTB Challenge as a duo and in 2015 – solely with Arthur’s participation. As organizers they became known through events such as charity ” Kudowski Race for Jacob Heart” in the Cross Country formula (2014) and a series of three races, „XC” – „GP MTB Kudowa-Zdrój”.
Thanks to their sports fascination the younger brother, Maciej, decided to be also professionally associated with bikes. In 2013 he opened a shop and a bicycle service called CYKLON. This year, he was appointed Chief of the cycling division of Kudowski Sports Club „Kudowianka.”
Holiday Resort Szczeliniec is a great base in the Kłodzko Valley for an active holiday for both organised groups and individual guests. Winter attractions inlcude routes adapted for cross-country skiing and ski-lifts in nearby Łężyce and Zieleniec. During summer resort provides fields for basketball, volleyball and badminton, a tennis court and a playground for children.
Besides its usual activities, the center is trying to activate people by organizing sport events. Until now OW Szczeliniec was the co-organizer of the Polish National Competition in Rescue Mountain „Szczeliniec” , the Franz Pablo Ski Run in Karłów and Ultramarathon Kłodzkie County.
